Solution and
Results

For each of the program’s work streams, we facilitated the development and execution of:

  • A communications plan for targeted stakeholders
  • A training strategy for end users and support staff
  • Technology and deployment readiness checklists for the Go-Live of
technology infrastructure, end users, and end devices
  • An operations transition plan inclusive of an operations support

    activities
  • Business continuity plan to address disaster recovery requirements
